GRAND FINAL

PLAY EXPO       12 OCTOBER        EVENTCITY, MANCHESTER

The 2014 CGC Grand Final was held on Day 2 of Play Expo, Sunday 12th October 2014 at EventCity in Manchester.

Entry was limited to the winners of the 10 national heats, however spectators gathered to cheer on the contestants. The final was split into three rounds before crowning of the first ever Classic Gaming Champion!

Play Expo is the the UK’s most diverse video gaming expo and featured five distinct events: re.play (retro systems and arcade/pinball machines), now.play (previews of the latest games and hardware), pro.play (casual and competitive tournaments), cos.play (costume competitions and dealers/traders) and, new for 2014: screen.play (film and TV props, movie stars, autograph sessions and photoshoots).
